Jane has a lovely manner, she explains and controls the flow well, I can do some of the class with my eyes closed as Jane’s explanations are enough to keep me where I should be, this makes for a more relaxing experience. An added benefit is that Jane’s warm up is an easy to remember, great routine that I can practice anytime.”

Practical & non-complicated

I now consider Jane’s restorative & hatha yoga sessions as essential part of my week. Jane is a fantastic teacher and also genuinely lovely person. Her directions are clear and precise, she’s very observant, constantly checking our positioning. As a nurse she has a great understanding of human body which is very reassuring especially with injuries. Her teaching is practical & non-complicated, with real emphasis on finding the variations that work best for individual bodies. Not only she’s able to effectively break down poses so that you understand key components, she then masterfully brings it all back together in a sequence with truly embodied experience. Plus, she has a wonderful playlist. I look forward to her classes enormously and can’t recommend her highly enough.”

Options provided for all levels

I’ve been taking Jane’s yoga classes for about a 18 months now. Face to face sessions before lockdown we’re excellent with good supervision of the lesson, supportive feedback and options provided for all levels. The lockdown lead to the classes transferring to zoom. This has worked well but would love to go to back to face to face sessions once safe.”

Leaves me with a sense of physical achievement

I came to yoga late in life (70) having been recommended to try it as a way of managing the symptoms of inflammatory arthritis.
